How do leaders really learn what they need to lead – today and in the future?

Drawing on over 1,000 responses from leaders around the world, our research: The Hult Ashridge Leadership Learning Index (HALLI), shows the true picture of leadership learning, exploring how leaders really learn, the biggest barriers and enablers to learning, organizational trends, and what the future of leadership learning holds.

Watch the webinar recording to hear Dr Vicki Culpin, Professor of Organizational Behavior of Hult International Business School, who led the research speak to the findings. We also heard from Karena Starkie-Gomez, Director, Leadership and Workforce at KPMG UK, and Avinash Chandarana, Chief Learning and Transformation Officer at mci group.

Together, they unpacked key research findings, discussed the implications for L&D leaders, and shared practical insights for L&D leaders to take to their organizations.
