This immersive program enhances leaders' understanding of their organization’s operating model – and equips them to challenge it with a newly designed version.

Gain a comprehensive toolkit: The program provides the full toolkit needed to design your operating model, including detailed take-home materials, in-depth case studies, a better understanding of AI's impact on operating model design, and one-to-one sessions with expert faculty.

Accelerate your learning: Put your operating model design learning into practice with real cases, and get live feedback and challenge from experienced practitioners.

Apply to your own organization: Gain the skills and knowledge to design a high-level operating model and a detailed 10-15 page blueprint.

Apply the tools to a real transformation

The program culminates in an in-depth case based on a real-world project to design and deliver a major new operating model.

As you work through the case, you will put the program’s tools and frameworks into practice – making decisions, testing your thinking, and seeing how the work plays out in practice. Experienced practitioners provide live feedback along the way.

The highly collaborative, action-oriented approach engaged our experienced experts in our real-world challenges, fostering alignment around a shared approach with high decision quality.”
