Andy is an experienced consultant and executive team coach with a track record of working with leaders to achieve the transformational change necessary to deliver business growth, with specialisms in strategy execution, organizational design, creativity and culture change.

Angelita has been a member of Faculty at Hult International Business School for 20 years. She designs and delivers interventions to enable leadership and organizational development in different cultural contexts.  

Barbara is a professor of leadership and management, specializing in cross-cultural leadership. She also assumes the supervisor role for the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program. Barbara has designed and delivered bilingual leadership programs in English and Mandarin for various multinational corporations, leveraging her expertise to bridge cultural gaps in leadership practices.

Over the last twenty-five years, Guy has gained an extensive track record of consulting, coaching, and speaking to thousands of leaders in international organizations across the globe. Regularly featured in top HR magazines, Forbes, and the Financial Times, his work bridges the academic and business worlds, backed by research but rooted in the real world.

Hamish specializes in business strategy, working with executives on growth, change, innovation, and competitive and corporate strategy. Prior to joining Hult Ashridge, Hamish worked in a range of disciplines – from marketing management to corporate M&A to general management to board-level strategist.  

Ilze's passion focusses on the interface between leadership, change, strategy implementation and engagement of heads and hearts. She specializes in hosting conversations that lead to awareness, application and action. 

Judith works with a wide variety of clients to design and deliver innovative and impactful leadership and change interventions.  

Lee specializes in helping leaders to develop a team and organizational climate that will maximize engagement and performance through fostering a culture of belonging, inclusion and psychological safety.

Lindsey brings over 25 years of international organizational development consulting experience and is a Hult Ashridge accredited coach. Her interests are supporting leaders and organizations in complex and uncertain environments through change, by designing and delivering impactful cultural change and leadership interventions. ​ 

As an organizational psychologist and accredited coach, Lynn consults, coaches and researches in the areas of leadership, teams and change. She regularly leads a process of conversations in change; facilitates executive and senior team workshops for improved performance in change; and coaches boards and directors. Her work takes her across the globe, and she works inclusively with diverse audiences and perspectives.

Matt is Director of the Sustainability Impact Lab at Hult International Business School. He specializes in sustainable development, human rights and organizational change. Matt has led numerous research projects on business and sustainable development for over a decade at Ashridge.  

Megan researches, consults, speaks and supervises on the intersection of leadership, change, dialogue and mindfulness. Her passion and curiosity centers around the quality of how we meet, see, hear, speak, learn with, and encounter one another in organizational systems. Her research and publications explore the links between mindfulness, leadership capacities for the 21st century, and the capacity to ‘speak truth to power’ by developing psychologically safe cultures. Megan is also an executive coach, accredited by the Hult Ashridge Center for Coaching. 

Paul works in the areas of strategy, innovation, customer centricity and digital transformation with executives and organizations.

As Professor of Practice for Innovation & Leadership, Riaz leads sessions with senior executives and Exec MBA students at Hult International Business School, focusing on global megatrends, digital disruption and innovation.

Roger joined Ashridge in 2008. He has taught extensively internationally and in the UK, designing and leading many tailored and qualifications courses.  

As an organizational psychologist and with significant industry experience, Sharon researches, writes and facilitates experiential learning in topics around new leadership logics for the 21st century; leadership agility; polarity management; integrative thinking; engagement and motivation; cognitive diversity and psychological safety; and emotional resiliency.

Sona's interests are focused on the development of executive leadership and organizational culture, particularly focusing on underpinning high performance with psychological safety, inclusive leadership, and learning agility.  

She is interested in working to support long-term sustained culture change through individual learning and behavior change. She designs courses which balance classroom discussion and interactive theory building with practical examples and experiential simulations.  

Stefan works with leadership teams in the areas of strategic transformation, system change and top team effectiveness. He also works with executive education programs in the areas of strategic leadership, sustainability, organizational development and collaborative innovation.

Stephan intervenes on a range of leadership development solutions. Overall, he has more than 20 years of experience as facilitator and consultant in the areas of leadership, organizational behavior, strategy, and change.  

Trudi has a keen interest in what drives thinking, feeling and action at an individual, group and organizational level. She mostly works with leaders being pulled in many directions, with few ‘right’ answers. 

Vicki specializes in how to master leadership and resilience in turbulent times and has spent over 20 years researching the impact of well-being and memory.   

Victoria's 20-year career spans marketing, innovation and digital transformation. She spent seven years working in the MENA region first taking a media company digital and latterly as Head of Digital Strategy for Abu Dhabi Motorsports and the F1.
